    of course mark, just focus and dont give up.. follow the exact amount of curl ups and crunches.. in short follow properly the ab workout rountines.. tell me if they will not take effect..

    The 3 exercises listed will be great for building the abdominal muscles. However losing the excess weight which is covering your developed abs. Effective nutrition and a relatively low body fat percentage (approx 10%) is required to show off your six pack. How to get a six pack fast? Eat right, then train right.
