Donna Abs Exercises For Men Tips

Donna asks…

How do I loose 2 pounds per week?

‘m 118 and 5″5 and 14.
I’m struggling with my body since 7th grade. I have even started signs of and eating disorder back in that grade too. Now I am still struggling to get slimmer. If you say I’m perfectly fine it won’t help me. I really need to do this to make me happy. ( There’s a long story of me being picked on as a child for being fat and now I want to end this ) I plan on eating 1,200-1,300 calories. I normally eat about 1,500 calories a day but I have binged over and over again for giving up. But now that i’m going to get a scale, I’ll be able to see if I’m making progress instead of just watching my belly to see if it’s going down. I’m gonna exercise 30mins of running in the morning and 30mins after school each day.
But on different days I will ethier do lower back exercises with the super man pose for my muffin tops for 15mins or sit ups to help slim my stomach ( but I want no abs ) for about 50 situps.
I will keep making goal weights for every 2 weeks and will be drinking lots of cold water.
I want to be 103 by thanksgiving. Please tips and guidence?

Susan asks…

I’m 13 and I want Pectorals and a 6 pack.?

Okay, so I’m 13 years old, 5’6, i weight 140.8 lbs. My BMI is 21.6, which is healthy for my attributes. However, I am not necessarily overweight, although I have useless fat, I have man boobies and they aren’t that noticeable, and my belly is alright it doesn’t pop out or anything it just jiggles when I jump or run fast. In the summer I am planning to get pecs and packs. I have watched numerous videos about exercising abs and pecs. However I don’t know where to start. I first want to lose my annoying man boobs. I heard doing push-ups will eliminate them, but i don’t know how many reps to do. Other exercises you may tell me would help. And can you please tell me abs exercise that drastically would help. Oh and a great nutrition guide would be awesome, although could you focus on breakfast and diner the most. In addition, are Protein shakes very helpful or somewhat helpful?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

TJ Marcus answers:

Its not a good idea at your age to body build, but a normal balanced diet (not protein shakes) is good and exercise will help.

Thats what I did at your age, I got abs and pecs defined, was pretty toned by the time I was 18

William asks…

A family outcast system?

I know someone whose family is, well, unfair to him (at the very least) when there is no reason to be. See, his family has this “outcast system.” Gosh, just saying it reminds me of the untouchables in India from history class. Anyway, so according to this “outcast system”, one person from each generation is said to be the “outcast.” The family believes they carry bad luck and misfortune and will rub off this misfortune on others.
He’s had rotten luck so far, so I’m not really sure what to say.
First of, I can honestly say (without my bias as a friend), that he’s kind, respectful, and sweet. He’s handsome and exercises (he’s trying to get abs, but they just won’t come) and he’s loyal. He keeps his promises, etc. He’s just a really good person, and the way he’s treated is unfair. It really upsets me and his other close friend.
So his rough patch as of late is because:
1.) His favorite uncle (who also happened to be an outcast) recently died. And he found out about the deaths of two other people he knew. It really hit him..Poor sap.
2.)He really. really liked this girl and she continues to walk all over him. He hangs out with a group of friends that live around him (they drag him out of his house) and all of his friends are macho men–er, macho teens? Iono. One does martial arts like muay thai and ninjitsu, the other does extreme parkour, etc. (those are the ones i can list from the top of my head) and they make him feel weak. He doesn’t have a thing like them, and he doesn’t feel as strong. The girls in his group are sluts. Especially the one he likes. He liked her for more than her body. In fact, he never, ever violated her or did anything involving her clothes off. Perhaps, she doesn’t like that. But I tell you, he would’ve treated her like a goddess. They went out for a week, and during that week, she was hitting on other guys. She sits in his friend’s laps and ignores him now, or just teases. It’s not fair. His friends sound like assholes anyway.
3.) His family. Their treatment of him is just cruel. He takes medication to relax his muscles at night (he has back pain) and they’re sort of like sleeping pills. So when he got up to take the pills before
bed and his uncle comes out and tells him to make sure he downs the whole bottle of pils with that glass of water before he goes to sleep (implying that he kill himself) and he looked him in the eye and said “I will if you do” (or something along those lines) and thenhis uncle got pissed and started yelling at him. So did his own mother. When he asked her why she doesn’t defend him during those times, she said she didn’t want to be involved. The other day someone in his neighborhood jumped off the roof to commit suicide, and his uncle just looked at him and went “Why wasn’t it you?”
Now, all his family is going to an amusement park today. And he isn’t invited.
At his favorite uncle’s funeral, he asked why they couldn’t stom the outcast system. And his family laughed. They laughed at him. and when he told them he was going to be something in the future, they laughed harder.
There was a broken door in his house and he fixed it (he wanted to be helpful and do something right) and then his uncle began screaming at him telling him he was useless and couldn’t do something right, but then he looked at the door and said it was fine.
What is it with his family?
Have any of you heard of this “outcast system”?
I think it’s either:
a.) A ridiculous family tradition.
B.) A Cult (lol, maybe that’s overboard)
C.) Overly pious religious values of some sort.
Any advice/ideas/knowledge would be appreciated. Thank you if you even bothered to read all of that.

TJ Marcus answers:

Every family has their own uniqueness, only some are much worse than others, this is one thing other families should not interfere with because they might have their own private reasons.
Anyway, I believe that you are a pretty good friend to type out this whole thing and post it here, you should be his close friend, as anyone would prefer a true friend rather than a large number of acquaintances. Maybe he might have a pretty bad bad habit in which you can speak to him privately about it and make him change, before things get worse.
Since he is such a great person, you can be the only one who could make him remain like this, as living in such conditions can really make people do crazy things at the point in which they cannot take it. You have my fullest support to be close friends with him and i salute you too. C:

Laura Abs Exercises For Men Tips

Laura asks…

I feel I am to small and to thin, Im an 18 year old guy, Need advice.?

well Im an 18 year old guy, I weigh 8.2 stone or 114.8 pounds. I am 5ft 8 and i feel I am really thin. So my BMI is 17 which classes me as underweight. I feel ok as in I dont feel unwell or anything, just I see people in my class bigger than me with nicer bodies etc etc, and I want that, But i dont know what i should do. Just it annoys me sometimes, I have a 28 inch waste and my chest is 30 inches, so here in UK it can be hard to find any clothes to fit because everything for men is made for bigger people then me. So i have to go to france and italy for clothes that actually fit me, very few places have my size. This annoys me a lot.

My diet normally contains of a hot chocolate and a banana for breakfast sometimes a yoghurt, Grapes for a snack in school, a bagel with cream cheese for lunch or greek salad, then for dinner I have a meal, like anything from steak and chips to spaghetti Bolognese, and anything inbetween. Then going to bed I have a hot chocolate with 2-4 digestive biscuits.. so yeah I guess i dont eat an awful lot during the day..should I increase that. ?? by how much or what should i be eating.

For exercise and stuff, i guess i dont do an awful lot, I mean im not unfit, but im not tremendously fit. I cycle every second day for 30 mins – 1 hour depending on the time I have, and I do some exercieses for my back as when I was younger I was in a car accident, so I have physio for life on it, which isnt a bad thing. but it does mean a lot of contact sports I cant participate in which kills me a lot, because i’d love to play soccer or rugby, but i cant. Its left me with not having many friends in school not being able to participate in sports, and people are always slagging me for being to thin.
well for my physio, i do simple exercises, I lie down and lift my leg towards my chest 25 times for my right leg then for my left leg and then for both, then i do a cat cow position thing which helps straighten my back 5 times, and then I do an exercise which is like a push up but standing up in the corner of a room and pushing my back in towards the wall. Lately ( since last year) I have been doing push ups (I could do about 2 when i started), but now I can do around 20 before I start getting weak and not being able to do any more. Then I do 20 crunches for my stomache. I try to do this everyday, but sometimes I skip a day, if I am busy with school work.

This is about all the exercise I do, I dont know if there is anything i think you need to know.
Just need some healthy advice to bring my weight up as healthy as possible, I also would really like nice abs and arms and legs, I notices my arms are really thin in comparison to anyone elses, like they are nice but very thin, and you can only see my biceps if i pull my arm towards my shoulder.
My legs are ok and have a little muscle below my knee, but thats it.
My body isnt great, you can see a little bit of chest muscle , but all you can really see is my chest bone on my sides and my stomache is just very flat.

I dont want this i wish I had more muscle and a nicer shaped body, i feel I am just to thin.

Any advice and help , would be really great. icon smile Abs Exercises For Men Tips

Eat protein! A lot of meat, eggs, you should also eat dark green veggies. Also take vitamins, and start building muscle, start weight lifting, or do push ups in your bedroom or sit ups, anything to build muscle icon smile Abs Exercises For Men Tips
