If you are looking for the best beginner’s six pack workout, to tell you the truth, you are going to go crazy looking for routines which guarantee to get you great abs. So I’ll try to make things simple for you. I won’t confuse you with tiny useless details. Rather, I’ll share with you the exercise that I think worked fast, worked well for me and all beginners who wants to start getting a six pack abs.

The Plank

• Lie on your belly on the floor.
• Lift your body in a straight line then put all of your weight on your elbows and toes so your body hovers above the on the floor.
• Maintain your back straight as well as your hips up. Be sure to keep your abs muscles tight as if somebody would be to punching you in the abdomen and just take normal breaths.
• Keep this posture for the suggested duration of time, and try to carry it out a bit longer every day.

Side Plank

Same thing with the Plank but this time, you do it sideways with one elbow supporting your body weight.  Do it both sides.

Bird Dog

• Kneel over a pad and position your palms on the mat beneath your shoulder joints. You need to be on “all fours”(like a dog) . Keep your abdominals tight.
• Bring up your right hand and left leg at the same time whilst simultaneously maintaining your abs braced.
• Level your right arm in a straight line out from your shoulder as well as your left leg straight out from your hip. Your pelvis should not rotate.  Your back needs to be level like a desk.
• Keep for 3- 5 seconds after which gradually go back to the starting position.

You should perform the Plank exercises for 10 to 20 seconds each without taking rests and repeat the Bird Dog position for at least 5 times. Do each circuit up to 3 times and do it slowly in controlled movements to get good and immediate results.
