Get Six Pack Ripped Abs Fast

Jul 31st, 2009 | By TJ Marcus | Category: Ab Exercises

What if I tell you now, you will go crazy going over routines that promise you will get six pack ripped abs fast using their workout.  Would you still want to get those great abs?  Let’s make things simple so I won’t bombard you with facts about this routine or that. Instead, I’ll share with you the exercise that worked fast, worked well, and worked easy for me to get ripped abs fast and that is using the Bosu ball exercise.

What makes the Bosu ball routine the best weight loss workout for the easily bored? Aside from the obvious reason that it truly works, there’s the fact that it’s fun to do. Don’t know what a Bosu ball is? It’s that blue ball that looks like it’s been halved. In other words, the top looks inflated while the bottom is completely flat.

The Bosu is effective because it forces you to move your whole body. Before you will see those six pack you will have to flatten the bulges in your stomach.  In a nutshell, when you perform Bosu exercises, you move areas you never even thought you should be moving in the first place.

Leg workouts usually begin with a squat. Or, to be precise about it, several squats. You place the ball with its dome down or up, depending on how tough you want your program to be. If you want to go easy on yourself for now, stand on top of the Bosu and perform the squats. This may sound easy but it’s anything but. To do this, you will need strength and balance – two things you will develop better the more you repeat the program.

What I like about Bosu exercises is that you can increase the level of difficulty, using hand weights. You can use the ball to do lunges, work your abdominal muscles, and perform pushups. There is really no limit to what you can do with your Bosu; and that is precisely why I consider it the best weight loss workout in preparation to getting six pack ripped abs fast.
