These is my meals: 1. a 1/2 scoop of oatmeal + 1 scoop of whey protein 2. An Orange or Banana 3.Salad with grilled chicken 4.handful of almonds 5.Salad and grilled chicken 6.Apple. Is this good for everyday? I also run hill sprints before breakfast to burn more fat. Please help! Thank you.

TJ Marcus answers:

Do weight training or cardio. Not both.

Don’t eat oats unless it’s old fashioned unprocessed oats. Put cinnamon on them. It’s an insulin imitator. Drink whole milk if you have to drink it. It’s loaded with lactose- milk sugar. You need fat to burn fat. Eat whole eggs not just the whites. Eat meat at every meal.
