If you don’t want to go to the gym there are easy six pack workouts you can do at home without buying expensive equipments.  Don’t fall for advertisements that promise you to get the perfect abs of your dreams.  You don’t need big machines or gym subscription just to get a well toned stomach.  Here are some of the best easy six pack workouts that can give you great abs in no time.

I suggest that you initially plan for your ab workout. It’s safer to use a work out mat for these floor routines.  Make sure you have a towel near you to handle the sweating and that’s it. When you’ve worked up your abdominal muscles after a week or two, you’ll be able to begin performingg more advanced exercises by using dumbbells and medicine balls. But don’t fall into buying any super ab machine because there’s actually no need for it.

To begin with the ab exercises at home, you have to first do some cardio. If for some reason you cannot run outside, it is best you buy a jumping rope and get yourself all sweat up every day. This tends to fire up your fat burning capacity and will help you keep burning calories through the day even after you’re done with the workout. Now, on to the easy six pack workouts at home.

Bicycle crunches. This is a great tummy exercise that works many stomach muscles simultaneously; it’s been found out by experts as the exercise that uses greater amount of movement. Lie on the floor with your legs perpendicular and slightly bent, then stretch the right leg and get your left knee to your right elbow as well. Repeat on the other side. Keep in mind that the extended leg should not be touching the ground at every movement.

Reverse crunches. An excellent exercise to work the lower abs. To perfectly carry this out, lie down and place you palms under your buttocks. Now get your knees near your chest muscles and push them towards the roof, raising slightly your lower back. With maximum control get back to the beginning position and repeat.
