3. Straighten the left leg out and at the same time move your torso towards the right, pulling your right knee closer to your left elbow.<br />
4. Alternate your legs and elbows keeping the bicycle pedal motion more than 10 repetitions.</p>

4. Go back to starting position and repeat for 12- 16 reps.<br />
