This post is to sculpt your abs with more intense movements for enhanced results.</p>
<p>I recommend to divide your six pack workout schedule. I typically allocate a day to single target area and two days for abs muscles.  I personally think this exercise routine is more adequate. So choose two days of the week for abs and cardio exercises.</p>
<p>You cannot do without cardiovascular exercises.  It is necessary as they are able to make it easier for you to burn off your stomach fat to reveal the underlying abs. Be sure that the two ab workout days are perfectly spaced from each other in order to give them to recover. Muscle building workouts usually leave your muscles and tissues a bit worn out.  Allowing them to take a rest make the process more effective.</p>
<p>Allow me to share some of the best ab exercise routine for men that you can do at home.  You will want to mix and alternate on those two days to give your abs the best results.</p>
<p><strong>Front Plank on Ball:</strong> This appears easy yet it may be pretty tough to perform at first. Here you are going to rest your hands flat on a bench and put your toes on the exercise ball.  Tighten your abs. Keep this posture for one minute then repeat.</p>
<p><strong>Oblique Workouts: </strong>Begin by putting your right hip on the exercise ball. Be sure your upper body is not touching the exercise ball. Next, do the normal lower ab oblique workouts. Set your soles to the wall to hold yourself. Maintain each repetition for 3 seconds and do 10 repetitions. Repeat this with your left side.</p>
<p><strong>Long- Arm Weighted Crunch.</strong> This is one of the  most effective upper ab exercise in six pack workouts. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Carry a light dumbbell in each hand and stretch your arms back over your head. Now perform crunches, managing your shoulders to keep still as well as your arms straight. Perform 12 to 15 repetitions in slow non jerky motions and avoid getting any momentum.</p>
<p><strong>Reverse Crunches:</strong> All of us do reverse crunches, however, this is somewhat of a higher intensity. Rest your backk on a leveled bench with your lower body off the bench. After which perform the reverse crunch action, contracting your lower ab muscles. If you want to make it more challenging, pull your legs completely towards your chest. Maintain this position for 3 seconds prior to letting go. Do it in ten repetitions.</p>
<p><strong>Windshield Wipers:</strong> Lie on your back with your legs 45 degree on the floor. Next, rotate your legs to the left and all the way to the right. This is one cycle. Do ten repetitions. Just be certain your hips remain on the floor.</p>
<p><strong>Russian Twist:</strong> Lie on your back on a declined bench. Position your body so that your upper body and thighs are 45 degrees from one another. Next, move in a semi-circular action from left to right. Repeat this motion for 60 seconds.</p>
<p>These are one of the best ab exercises for men. Do them at home or when you are travelling.  You can do these exercises in 2- 3 sets. To execute the bicycle crunch, you won&#8217;t need any kind of high end equipment. Lie on your back.  While maintaining your legs straight put your palms behind your neck then lift your head and shoulders off the ground. Bend your left leg completely towards your chest, then move it closer to your right elbow. You have to then extend your leg until it is perpendicular to the floor. Do it with the other leg.  Perform this routine in 10 repetitions for each leg.</p>
<p>Ab Crunches:</p>
<p>Begin by lying on the floor.  Bend your knees and put your palms behind your head. But making sure your lower back is straight.  Aim to raise your upper body to the ceiling. It will trigger your ab muscles to contract.  Maintain this posture for a second prior to coming back to the starting position.
