Obesity is one of those topics that is currently under discussion. It’s been under discussion for a while. And it will, undoubtedly, continue to be under discussion for a long time to come because it continues to be one of those major social problems that we can’t get under control.

When it comes to the obesity epidemic that is literally dragging Americans down with sheer weight…it is impossible not to consider the negative effects of fast food. Americans love the convenience. Americans love time savers. And it would appear that Americans love grease and fat and oil. But that last could very well be a byproduct of the first two loves.
