Healthy adults who suffer from night time bed wetting are often too ashamed to tell their doctor about this problem. Sadly, these people could most likely be helped if they spoke to a qualified doctor. When we think of people wetting the bed we usually visualize small children learning to use the bathroom or very elderly people who are unable to control themselves. Surprisingly a good number of otherwise healthy young adults suffer from adult bed wetting.

UK scientific study has found what Osteopaths know – that desk workers are investing a whooping eight hrs per day sitting sedentary at work and about half of workers do not even leave their desks at lunchtime. Scientists claim that these ‘mis-spent’ hours are increasing workers risks of obesity and deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Osteopaths would argue that it was just plain painful. Sitting stationary is officially, ‘hazardous to health’!
