4. Make sure you get a suitable amount of rest. In particular, getting enough sleep is an important key to finding balance and harmony. It is not a good idea to try to squeeze in “just one more thing” and deprive your body of proper rest. Set a bedtime and follow it religiously.
5. Look into your spirituality. Exploring your spiritual side is another great way to find balance and harmony in your life. Most religions address issues surrounding balance and harmony in your life.
6. Relax with yoga. Practicing yoga is a another great way to relax your body and keep fit. It is an ancient stress releasing art that encompasses your body, mind and spirit. Your entire day will come into balance as you leave your yoga session relaxed and refreshed.
